What does Free include?
Free gives you a private Voice92 number, caller ID on missed calls, a missed-call log in your dashboard, and email alerts - no card required.
What's the difference between the paid plans?
User ($2.99/mo) adds a contact list, voice-note voicemail texts, sending texts by talking (call in, speak, and we text it for you), and English transcription. Smart User ($6.99/mo) adds Yiddish transcription for the first minute and detailed alert options. Upgrade User ($9.99/mo) adds two-minute Yiddish transcription, scheduled greetings, shared access, text-to-speech greetings, and contact alert lists.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. At checkout you can switch to annual billing for 10% off. Monthly is the default.
When does a plan turn on?
Right after a successful Cardknox charge. The server checks your paid status before unlocking features.
What if I switch plans later?
Upgrading to a higher tier charges the new price and takes effect immediately. Downgrading to a lower paid tier takes effect at your next renewal, with no refund for the current period.
What if a charge fails?
You get about three days of daily retries and grace. If payment still fails, the account drops to Free while keeping your data.
