What does Free include?
Free gives you a call-in voicemail box, your missed calls and voicemails in your dashboard, an email alert whenever you get a voicemail, the greeting library, and blocking for unwanted callers - no card required.
Do I get a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets 7 days of the full Upgrade experience — text alerts, voicemail audio, and Yiddish & English transcription — free, no card required to start. When the 7 days end you keep the plan you chose; if you're on Free, you keep your voicemail box and email alerts and can upgrade any time.
What's the difference between the paid plans?
User ($2.88/mo) adds a contact list so voicemails and missed calls show a name, plus an email alert for missed calls. Smart User ($6.99/mo) adds text alerts for voicemails and missed calls, your voicemail delivered as a voice note, audio attached to your emails, text-to-speech and AI greetings, and detailed alert controls. Upgrade User ($10/mo) adds voicemail transcription in Yiddish and English (up to two minutes), scheduled greetings, robocall VM protection (callers must press 1 to prove they're human), shared account access, contact alert lists, and export.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. At checkout you can switch to annual billing for 10% off. Monthly is the default.
When does a plan turn on?
Right after a successful Cardknox charge. The server checks your paid status before unlocking features.
What if I switch plans later?
Upgrading to a higher tier charges the new price and takes effect immediately. Downgrading to a lower paid tier takes effect at your next renewal, with no refund for the current period.
What if a charge fails?
You get about three days of daily retries and grace. If payment still fails, the account drops to Free while keeping your data.
